Your Personal Information:

Privacy and E-Mail:

MetLife uses no encryption (data scrambling) on certain portions of our web site, and up to 128-bit encryption on other portions. When you are on any web site that asks you for confidential information (your social security number or a bank or credit card account number, for example), you should check to see if the information being transmitted is encrypted in order to increase the security of your information. If you need to send confidential information and are concerned about the security of a web site, then you should consider sending it by phone or by regular mail instead.

Minors:

At the MetLife web sites we make no active effort to collect personal information from children under the age of 18. We believe that children who do wish to submit information to MetLife should have permission from their parent or legal guardian.

1. I will not use the following results as the sole means of making any form of employment decision. The following tests and questionnaires each measure only a single dimension of success. PreVisor-CraftSystems, upon request, will provide me with information regarding tools to assist me in measuring the other dimensions of success;
2. The ratings (provided in the individual tests' reports) should not, by themselves, be used to predict success. These ratings refer to general compatibility as it applies to various positions, based solely on a comparison to other participants in similar positions;
3. I release PreVisor-CraftSystems from all liability associated with the improper or illegal use of the tests, questionnaires, and results generated by PreVisor-CraftSystems. I am aware that I may be subject to local, state, and federal regulations regarding the use of employment selection tools.
4. I understand that the job for which I am reviewing test results provided by PreVisor-CraftSystems may NOT be similar to the one for which the test(s) was normed and/or validated, and I accept full and sole responsibility for complying with the validation requirements set forth by the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures (available at www.dol.gov) as well as any local, state, or federal regulations.
